Managing Director, Office for Economic Affairs and Innovation (SPEI), State of Vaud

As Managing Director of the Office for Economic Affairs and Innovation (SPEI), Raphaël Conz is responsible for the economic development policy of the canton of Vaud, as well as financial and tax incentives for Vaud-based start-ups, SMEs and international companies. Raphaël Conz is also responsible for innovation, entrepreneurship, industry and investment policies. He previously held various positions in economic development and the private sector. Raphaël Conz currently sits on the boards of various associations and foundations supporting SMEs and start-ups (Innovaud, FIT, EPFL Innovation Park, Y-Parc, Biopôle, Cautionnement romand).
