As Head of the Department of the Economy, Innovation, Employment and Heritage (DEIEP), Isabelle Moret is committed to strengthening the framework conditions for business and job creation in an attractive, innovative and sustainable Canton of Vaud. First as a lawyer and member of several boards of directors, she was a member of the National Council from 2006 to 2022, assuming its presidency in 2020. Vice-President of the Swiss Liberal-Radical Party from 2008 to 2016, she was elected to the Council of State on 10 April 2022.
